OrderYou can order your Rawen Apparel products via our website. Telephone orders are unfortunately not possible.
Select productFrom our numerous categories or via the search bar, select an article and click on it. Firstly you will get to the article overview where you can choose the quantity as well as the size and colour. Some clothes may vary slightly in colour, size and pattern.
ShoppingWhen you have selected the right size, colour and number then click on the button "Add to cart". If you have added all the items you want to order to your cart, click on the "Shopping Cart" button at the top of the page. Click here for the overview page of your shopping cart and you can place your order. On this page you can also redeem a discount code. To place the order click on the button "go to checkout". You can order as a guest, or you can register as a customer for more convenience on your next orders.
Personal dataPlease enter your address details so that we can send your order and your invoice to you. Here you can also, if necessary, change your delivery address. Then click on "Continue".
DeliveryAll orders are shipped with DPD and can only be returned with DPD. The packages can be delivered to a nearby DPD parcel shop or directly to them. If you choose the first option, click on the link to select your DPD pickup parcel shop. http://www.dpd.co.uk/apps/shopfinder/index.jsp
PaymentNext, select your desired payment method and get to the payment page of our provider. Once you have paid, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order
- Adding an item to an already paid order is not possible
- Telephone orders are not possible
- Collection of items is not possible
- Cancelling an order yourself is not possible. Please contact our Customer Service.
ShippingAll orders are shipped with DPD and can only be returned with DPD. All further information about our DPD shipping service can be found at: http://www.dpd.co.uk/apps/shopfinder/index.jsp
All orders can be shipped to following European countries, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, UK.
Shipment tracking•With the shipment number in the shipping confirmation email, you can track your order.
• Here you will find a shipment number and a tracking link. With these you can view the current status of your order online at any time.
Shipping costs: The cost of shipping is 7 euros.
Orders above the value of 99 euros will be shipped and returned free of charge!
Delivery time: The current delivery time using DPD is 3-5 Working Days, except for Holland,1 working day and Germany 1-2 working days, Monday- Friday excluding Bank holidays & other public holidays.
As soon as your payment has been approved & your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.
ReturnsIf returning your order to us, returns may be made within 14 days. Please attach the enclosed parcel label to the parcel and hand over to the DPD ParcelShop.
A - We kindly ask you to pack your parcel sufficiently in the envelope the product arrived in.
B - Stick the parcel label to the parcel.
C - Get a receipt label from the DPD Parcel Shop. This is proof of shipment.
D - Find a DPD ParcelShop near you at http://www.dpd.co.uk/apps/shopfinder/index.jsp
E - Money will be refunded to your account between 5-10 working days.
